Still Cascading when saved

I tried the updates but to no avail. The page I am trying to save still gets
extra <body> tags inserted when saved and then re-opened.

I have FP 2002 now with the SP3.

The problem is that the software keeps adding the extra <body> tags when I
save the files I am trying to work on.

Hi:

I am an extremely inexperienced user so just was editing the page and have
no diea what includes are...
