Still can't get rid of spyware

I've tried everything suggested here in the group, but
I'm still being blocked by these ads directing me to
purchase anti-spyware products. I've used so many of the
cleaners--MSAS, CCleaner, Spybot, BulletProofSoft, and
Xcleaner--and I think the problem is getting worse
because now my computer is slowing down. A very long
while ago, my computer was infected with spyware and I
had to basically unload everything (return to original
factory settings) and then load my programs back on,
which fixed everything. The problem is, I can't remember
how I got to the Yellow screen to begin the process. I
know it was an "F" key, but I don't know which one. I
would appreciate any help you all can provide. Thanks.

If you want to return your PC to its original state, consult the
documentation or website of the vendor.

You'll need to put back all critical updates to Windows via Windows or
Microsoft Update and be sure to re-enable autoupdate, after you do this.

Have you considered going to guided cleaning via posting HijackThis logs in
a forum such as the one provided at www.aumha.org for that purpose?

If you have tried Spybot and Adaware (you didn't mention
this one) then run an anti-virus product - if nothing is
found then you are barking up the wrong tree and may have
corrupted dlls - which you will need to fix with either a
system file fix (run from command line - can't remember
exactly at the mo) or a reinstall. you could also try a
disk scan to check hard drive for corruption.
