'sticky keys'

how do i unlock the 'sticky keys' feature on the keyboard? it happened when i
held shift down for too long now i cant fix it!
 
It's a Windows Accessibility option - try Control Panel!

Press the Shift Key 5 times. This toggles the feature on and off.
