Sticky cells in Excel ?

Excel won't "let go" of the cursor - highlighting cells wherever I move. he
only way to get out of this is to exit via task manager and restart the
computer.

The drivers from your wheel mouse or laptop pad have corrupted, try
re-installing the mouse/pad drivers or updating them
