I recieve this message when I click on any icon
c:/windows/system 32/ sti.dll is not a valid windows
image. I can click ok and the program opens just fine. The
only thing that is not working is my scanner. It's USB
connected and comes on properly but the computer can't
recognize it. I have unplugged and reinstalled the
software to no avail. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Jim

Hi, Jim. According to Google, this file is indeed related to your
scanner. Did the scanner ever work? Check on the mftr.'s website for
updated drivers. If you need more help, please repost and include the
make/model of the scanner in case someone reading this newsgroup has
the same scanner and has an immediate answer for you.

Cheers,

Malke
