steaming media choppy

On my account I can watch movie clips on line with no choppiness or audio
problems , but on my sons account the same video is a bit choppy and the
audio is really bad ... any suggestions
 
found it . , put his volume settings and mic setting in control panel
exactly as mine and yahoo it 100%
