I like Steam and there's no denying some fantastic bargains can be had ocassionally but sometimes I just can't figure their pricing policy. As at 29th January 2012:
Batman Arkham City: Steam - £40 Amazon: £21
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: Steam: £35 Amazon: £30 GAME Store: £20
Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3: Steam: £40 Amazon: £31.50 GAME Store: £20
I wonder do people actually pay those prices? I have long ago learnt to be patient when buying games from Steam cos sooner or later they will sell for a silly price.
And speaking of Steam, anybody up for The Darkness 2? Out on Feb 12th. I tried The Darkness 1 on Xbox 360 and it seemed like a really good fps. But I didn't keep it cos I just can't hack shooters using a controller. Could be good on PC though.
