Status Code 1073741819

Working on XP Home my PC shuts itseld down continuously.
It says the shutdown is being initiated by NT
Authority\System. It also mentions C:\windows\system32
\isass.exe and references a status code of 1073741819.
The only article I was able to find regarding this status
code talks about Windows 2000 and suggests installing a
2000 upgrade. Has any one dealt with this problem on
XP? Any possible solution would be appreciated. Tahnks.

I should think you have either Blaster worm, or Sasser worm or one of their
mutants. Do you have a firewall?
