Status bar/ downlaod bar

I got a form that you press a bution and it goes off a
does some stuff, it take about 4 mins to get the data and
sort it ,

i would like to open a new form that informts the user
that stuff is getting done, I looked into using a .gif,
but i'm not convinece that VBA can handle them (esp with
out adding some .DLL which i can't be asked to do)

I was thinking that there may be some control or some
thing that i could use to show the programe is working,
any one got any ideas?

you now the sort of thing i mean, somthing lik when you
doen load or copy file, a visual.

found it the progess bar control,
ah answered my own question :--)
