Please help. Whenever I try to send an email using
stationery, the mail goes thru as a jpeg attachment and
there is no stationery visible. I have gone thru email
options, setting html and choosing send pictures with
email. . . nothing seems to work. Can you assist? Thank
you.

Hi Carol,

Does this problem happen with email sent to just a few people, or everyone? Mail received by a non-HTML client will receive the background as an attachment that appears in the middle of your
message.

Hello Scott,
Thank you for your reply. I did read the document you
suggested, but am still having the same issues.
I can send my email to myself at work ad the stationery
appears normal, no attachment indicated.
When I send the email to myself at home, or my daughter,
there is the email stationery as a jpeg attachment. I am
using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and my system is XP
Professional.
The funny thing is that when I open the email
w/stationery that I send to myself as a test, the box
indicates "plain text". I can find no setting that
indicates how to "receive" email. I will further pursue
the additional references per your suggestion and let you
know.
Thank you again for responding to me.
Carol

Do you have the options checked under the Advanced Tab of Mail Options to
Read all mail as plain text checked?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Carol B asked:
