I downloaded stationary into my windows vista E-mail. Even though it shows
when I'm composing the E-mail if I send it other it just comes up as an
attachment. Is this stationary only going to show if sent to others using
Windows E-mail??

Tools | Options | Read
Uncheck Read all messages in plain text.

My "read" setting already had" read all messages in plain text" unchecked.
Shouldn't it be my send settings that I would be concerned about being that
it is when I send E-mail on stationary the person receiving it does not see
the stationary?

If the person receiving it haqs that checked they won't see your stationery
and it's checked by default.
