I accidently deleled the stationary folder. Is there way to recreate it?

You might check the Recycle Bin (outside Windows Mail) and see if it
went there. If so, the Recycle Bin software offers a way to bring it back.

You might also check the Deleted Items folder in Windows Mail, to see
if it went there.
