STATIONARY NOT BEING RECEIVED

I HAVE TRIED BOTH OUTLOOK AND OUTLOOK EXPRESS AND NEITHER
WILL RECEIVE EMBEDED ATTACHMENTS SUCH AS BACKGROUND
STATIONARY. THEY COME THROUGH AS REGULAR ATTACHMENTS
WHICH HAVE TO BE OPENED. I'VE CHECKED ALL THE SETTINGS
UNDER OPTIONS SENDING AND RECEIVING HTML. I'VE CHANGED
SECURITY SETTINGS WITH MY ISP. THIS JUST STARTED ABOUT 1
WEEK AGO. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL.

For Outlook questions, post in microsoft.public.outlook
For OE, try an OE group - such as
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x or look
at www.tomsterdam.com

PS: It's "stationery" unless you mean it's not moving. ;-)
