Stripping out stationary

I find the electronic stationary people use in their emails annoying. Is
there a way that I can do one or both of two things in regards to emails with
stationary, and still be able to receive html emails:

1) Is there any way that I can set Outlook to not display stationary on
emails I receive?

2) Is there any way that I can set Outlook to strip out the stationary on
replies that I send that originally came with a stationary background?

Yes, there is-- use Tools, Options, Preferences, Email Options, check Read
all standard mail in plain text. You can also go to Mail Format, Fonts, and
choose fonts to read and write. And pick Always use my fonts there, too. You
can even edit the individual emails in your reply and change manually to
plain text. PS I agree with you. "Dancing bears and flowers" in business
email is inappropriate.

Thanks. That will work, but I was trying to see if there was a solution
where I could still see the email in HTML format. I guess such an option
does not exist.
