statement only show up on the last page in the footer

I'm trying to have a statement only show up on the last page in the footer.

Here are some scenarios:
1) If letter is one page, show statement on page.
2) If letter is two pages, show statement on page two but leave page one blank
3) If letter is three pages, show statement on page three but leave pages
one and two blank.

Can this be done? If so, how?
Thanks!

It can be done with fields inside a field. Each pair of field markers must
be inserted with Ctrl+F9; they won't work if you just type { } characters!

{IF {PAGE} = {NUMPAGES} "Show this on the last page"}
