Starware 332 removal?

On my menu bar under View in Explorer Bar I noticed Starware332.

Not knowing what Starware332 is I went to Google which says it is Spyware.
Is Starware332 safe to leave on my computer or should I remove it?
Will removing it damage my computer in any way and if it is ok to remove it,

what is the best way to do it?

Go to Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs, select Starware332, click the
Change/Remove button, and remove it, if those options are available.

After that (or if those options were not available), follow the procedures and
