Hi

Have a look in msconfig>startup - you can stop programs with Windows in there. There maybe, however, some programs that use their own settings to startup with Windows.
 
Steps to follow, in order:

1. Open the program and look through its menus until you find the program's
preferences or options. De-select the option to have the program open with
Windows.

2. Remove the program's shortcut from the Startup folder (Start > All
Programs > Startup).

3. Uninstall the program.
