Yes, try running in Safe Mode using a Full System Scan, on the Scan Page
choose Scan Options > Full System Scan.

What is the path of that file? Is it C:\Windows or
C:\Windows\System32? I have come across a lot of
randomly named files. If it is either then just browse
for it and delete it to your recycle bin. Use the MS
Antispyware tool (advance options) to remove it from the
Windows Processes and Startup List and restart.

Use msconfig and uncheck it under startup | reboot | search for it and
delete it. Make sure to turn off system restore and turn it back on (if
XP/ME) to delete restore points as they hold spyware/viruses as well.
