Startup Update

Hi,
Thanks in advance for your help. Every time I start UP my windows xp I get
Windows Update : Internet Explorer and Tools Popup. I have chosen the yes
resume option and no run setup again from the beginning. Neither option
works. Any ideas?

Are these Items in your Start-up folder?

Select the Start\Program Files\Start up menu.

Right-click and select delete if so.
