startup programs

need some help please i opened up voice reconigition on my new lap top and
the magnifyer program now on start they keep coming on cannot fig how to stop
it please some help on how to turn them off thank you tony

Click the Start orb, All programs, Accessories, Ease of Access, and Ease of
Access Center. Change the settings. ('make this compute easier to see',
uncheck 'magnifier')
