startup programs

I need to edit my startup programs, in my system information it lists some
programs that I don not even have anymore, but it keeps trying to start them
when i start up the computer and gives me an error message saying that it
can't find the program or files.

How do I delete startup programs?

I would suggest you use a program to clean up your startup always for every
boot, and have only the very nessasary things start, like an antivirus for
example...
