startup program?????

I am now getting a window that pops up asking if I want the
program "Watson Subscriber for SENS Network Notifications"
in my start up menu. Can someone explain what this is? It
apparently comes from microsoft. Thank you. David

I don't know why you think this comes from Microsoft. It sounds rather
like you have some spyware/adware starting with Windows (unless Watson
is your ISP, and even then you won't want an ad from them). Remove
spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.safer-networking.org and
Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running them. These programs are free, so run them both since
they complement each other. It is best to run antivirus and spyware
removal tools in Safe Mode. Be sure you have a current (post-2002
version using updated definitions) antivirus installed, also.
