Startup program for Windows XP Remote Desktop

Is there a way I can start a program automatically when a user is logs into
Windows XP remote desktop? This feature is available in Windows Server
Terminal Services (Admin Tools -> TS Configuration -> Connection Properties
-> Environment -> Start the following program when the user logs on) and I am
not sure if I can get this under Windows XP. If yes, can anyone please give
me some leads.

Thanks !

You may want to create a batch file and save it in startup.
