Startup Problems

I Actually have things (Batch files) in my startup
folder, but they don't get started-up automatically. If I
go thru the start-all-programs-startup and click them
they will run. I check the MSCONFIG on the tab for
startup end they are checked. Where should I look...

Check the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer for if
you can find details here.
