STARTUP - LOG OFF PROBLEM

I am experiencing the same problem as another poster. On
Saturday, Sept. 13th after I logged off, I tried to log on
and it keeps going from log on to log off and I can't find
a way in. WHAT IS HAPPENING!!! Please, please help. I
heard there is a new virus out that is hijacking log-ins.
What should I do?
