When I start the computer I get an error message that
reads..... "cannot locate file'copy'. If I hit the
enter key twice it by passes the message and lets me log
in. What is causing this error message, and how can I fix
it? Thanks, Fred Mansky

This may be due to a spyware called WinShow:

Winshow is a pop-up opener implemented as an Internet Explorer Browser
Helper Object.

Automatically eliminate this spyware using Ad-Aware [www.lavasoftusa.com]
* Update the pattern file using WebUpdate before scanning *
