Startup Group: Change Priority of applications in group or?

I have a particular application, lets call it XYZ.exe (which is supposed to
start automatically, and in the startup group) and which is dependent on a
few other applications and services running, prior to its starting. Is
there anyway to make XYZ.exe be the absolute last application to start,
and/or anyway to make it wait a second or two, before starting, if the
priority can't be changed?

Appreciate any hints. Thanks in advance!

Write a script file. If you have XP Pro, use your Gruop Policy to start the
script at Startup.
