How do you make a start up floppy for Windows XP HOME?

If you have a OEM or retail CD then you don't really need one - the CD is
bootable.
 
You don't need them if you have your xp cd rom, you boot off the cd rom.
Don't forget to set you cmos or bios to boot off the cd rom as the first
boot device.

The floppies are a set of 6 and a pain.
 
You MUST be out in the "back 40". Wake up and look around you! I believe you are ready for a nursing home.
