Startup error

Everything i restart my computer a Rundll error pops up.
IN the box it reads: error loading C:\winnt\system32\MSACHchk.dll The
specified module could not be found.

How do I stop this pop up from coming up?

Did you try to repair windows installation using the windows CD??

CD well i dont have that. Is there another way?
