Startup error

Whenever i start up Windows i get the following error
message referring to file usrbridg.exe

0x77e97616 referenced memory at 0x 0000080c Memory could
not be written.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Please uninstall or delete the program about usrbridg.exe.
