Startup Error says "Missing image.dll"

- Every time I start up Windows, an error pops up saying I'm missing the specified module called image.dll from the folder C:\Windows\. I then downloaded it from a site, and placed it in the Windows folder, yet the problem persists. Anyone who can help. Thanks a bunch. Email me if you can with the answer to the problem.

To fix this problem, perform online virus scan and install the adaware
program.

You can perform online virus scan using the following URL:

You can download and install third party pop-up killer software to remove
pop-up advertisements. The following Web site offers a free download called
Internet Organizer Pro 2.1:

Alternatively, you can also download and install the Ad-Aware spyware
removal utility from the following Web site:
