Startup error messages

I'm getting two error messages when I first boot Win2000 Pro. One is a
file creation error about a log activity file. The other is a message
telling me a .sch file is not found. That second is a result of having
deleted a reminder file from WordPerfect to register. I had to
reinstall WP and have already registered.

Is there something like msconfig where I can find what's triggering
these events so I can turn them off?

Hello,
The XP version of MSConfig can be used to troubleshoot Windows 2000 startup
issues. Just copy the executable (msconfig.exe) from an XP machine to the
2000 machine, no additional files are needed.
