Startup error message

When I start my computer (XP home edition) I get the
following message. "Windows cannot find C:/winnt/system32
\enhance32.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly,
and then try again. To fearch for a file click start and
click search." When I go to help and support and go to
start up help, I am instructed to click on run and type
in misconfig. When I do that it says that it can't find
misconfig.
I have been just clicking through the messages I get when
I start up and everything runs ok. Is there an easy fix
for this? I am leary of going in and removing
enhance32.exe from the registry. Hope someone has an
easy fix.

It is a trojan(malware). Delete the exe and then remove the reference in the
run key in the registry. Info on it here:
