There is no switch to bypass *ALL* drivers in NT class operating
systems -- there are settings for bypassing all but the required
drivers and services in Win2000+ within the Safe Mode settings.
The switches vary for Win2003 some but the easy way is to hit
F8 and just pick from the lists.
If you want access to the disk drive with (practically) no drivers
other than disk and I/O loaded then use the Recovery Console
from the Win2000+ CDROM (even works on NT systems.)
