The previous versions of Startup Cop made it possible for you to gain
control of the Windows startup process, letting you easily enable and
disable programs from automatically launching when Windows boots up.
It also notified you when programs attempted to add themselves to the
startup process and could block them permanently from adding
themselves.

Startup Cop Pro 2.0 takes this control to the next level, allowing you
to specify exactly when a program is launched during the startup
process. Now, programs that you need to run but don't need right away
can be delayed from launching. You can finally get that brand new
computer speed without losing the functionality you need.

The new features in this version include:

Custom Startup Properties – As mentioned above, you can now control
exactly when a program should launch while Windows is starting. You
can launch a program based on a time delay, a specific time, a
specific day, when another program is running, or when your live
network connection is detected.

New and improved interface – We've made it even easier to find the
information about a startup program.

Adding new items – When creating your own startup items, you can now
specify where they should be added.

Terminate running programs – If a startup program is currently running
and you'd like to shut it down immediately, you can now do that from
within Startup Cop Pro.

Memory Usage and Running Status – If you're using XP or 2000 you can
now see if a program is currently running and if so, how much memory
it's using.

Handling profiles – Using profiles in version 1.0 was a bit confusing.
In this new version, profiles are treated as files that you can save
and load at your convenience.
