startup and dive switching

when i shut off my computer then turn it back on if i don't go thru the setup
utility all i get is a blank screen with my mouse pointer. But when i go thru
the utility by pressing F10 then F8 i can get my program back. I messed it
up somehow because i wanted to switch from drive c to drive e because drive c
only has 1.99GB and drive e has 35.1GB. Please help!

Start over from scratch and perform a "Clean Install".
