Startpage 'Virus'; regsv.exe file

Hello-

Grisoft AVG locates startpage.11.c virus in regsv.exe
file (Win2KPRO, winnt/system32 directory).

AVG cannot remove, and I cannot locate regsv.exe file in
directory.

Is regsv.exe a valid win2k file?
