If McAfee can detect it it should be able to remove it.
Reboot in "safe" mode and rerun your scan. In safe mode the trojan will not
be active and you should be able to remove it.

I tried that with the same results. Virus scan says the
file C:\windows\system32\cfilorux.dll is infected by the
StartPage-EH trojan and cannot be cleaned. When I try to
delete it virus scan says that the file cannot be
quarantined, deleted or cleaned. It also says to use a
rescue disk to remove the trojan?
McAfee is notorious at missing things like this, try 1 month free with
Trojan Remover http://www.simplysup.com/tremover/
I decided to keep it after the free trial was up as it is excellent at
removing the more stubborn trojans.
