Starting Windows 2000

Error in starting windows.
1.Select operating system
2.Windows starting up(starting Bar)
3.Then its resets and goes back to select operating system.
4.Media Test Failure (check cable)
PXE-E61
PXE-MOX
Will Not Start?

Please Help,
