*STARTING* services per user rather than system wide

is there a way to get services to *START* (not necessarily stop) when a user
logs in rather than automatically or at boot time (i.e. per user and not
system wide) ?

Hi,

Some few services can be run per user, start/run services.msc, double-click
the service in question, go to the logon tab. I do not recommend that you
change the defaults without knowning exactly what you are doing. There are
many service interdependencies, and disabling a service can cause issues for
other services that rely on it. Disabling some services can render a system
unbootable.

I want to start the "THEMES" service when a particular account logs on and
not before (for example when other accounts log on)

Well just turn it off and turn it on for that user when the log in.
