Hi, wondering if somebody could help please. I have problem with my laptop
when I try to turn it on, it starts but then it beeps with black screen and
won´t continue. To actually start it I need to take off the batery, put it
back in and then it starts, this is the only way how to start the machine.
I was adviced to do scan disk, which I did and after that everything was ok,
but only for a while and then it started doing it again.

Would somebody know what is wrong please?

thanks a lot

I think this could be as simple as a loose battery connection or a defective
battery.

A small test can expose if the issue is the battery or something else, try
to run it from the mains (cable to wall) instead of being powered by the
batter and see if you will get the black screen.
Also look in the Event Viewer for any error messages (X) that can enlighten
us on the real causer.
Did you run the Diagnostic tools on your HDD to see if it healthy from the
Laptop Manufacturer?.

On my older HP laptop, this occurs because the hibernate file gets corrupt.
Part of the issue is also due to the video sharing some of the system RAM.
