Starting Over

I'd like start over with Windows XP Pro - after a year of use my hard drive is full of crap. I have the original installation discs for XP Pro. I'd like to wipe the slate clean (I'll burn any files I want to keep to disc). Is there a step-by-step procedure available anywhere? Thanks very much.
