Starting my Computer

Once i have totally switched off my computer it can
restart by pressing any key on the keeyboard......is there
anyway of stopping this.
 
This is probably a bios setting. You will need to change it by going into
the bios.

Go into your BIOS setup and look in its Power section for the things
that will cause Power on. Or turn off the power cord at the wall
