starting homepage

I have a problem with my internet explrer. a webpage set
itself as starting webpage. thsi happens often. but you
usually can change that. this time this webpage disabled
that option in tools/internet options/homepage. the
buttons and the line are grey and i cant change them.
what can i do to get rid of this wepage?
