Starting environment or apps from TS web client.

I want to customize the TS web client's (ActiveX) default.htm page. I am looking for an example of code to specify which application is loaded by default. ( I saw a similar question but no answer was given) Can this be achieved via html, Jscrip or VBscript from within the default.htm page?

(I think what I am trying to do is similar to what Citrix calls publishing an application on the web. Also similar to the Applauncher.exe program but using a web link instead of a additional application.)

I know I can achieve similar results by setting a users environment tab in his/her domain user profile but I would like to be able to leave that blank and pass that info to the ActiveX client from the web page.

Can anyone post an example of a customized html page that uses the ActiveX client?
