When i open my database i get a warning message asking whether it is safe to
open depending on the code I have
Is there any way to get rid of this?

You're more like to get help if you post the exact text of the error
message you're receiving, and the version of Access.

Assuming that you have Office 2003, try:
Tools - Macros - Security and select Low

Or create your own digital certificate:
