Something in my start up cause my System32 folder to open. I've gone into
msconfig/startup and can not find anything unusual. What could be causing
this phenom?

The fix on Kelly's corner sounds like what you need.

If that doesn't fix it, check your background programs (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
at www.answersthatwork.com (click on TASK LIST) as you may have
something which you think is alright but where on reading proper
descriptions on it you realize it may be causing your problem. If you
can afford it, buy their TUT tool - it will save you time.
