start up proramms

could u plealse tell me how to start a programme up when i turn on my pc .
what i mean is on start up my tray icon shows what programmes have
automaticaly started up ie avg/printer and that.
how can i choose another programme(msn)to open automaticaly on start up

To start a program each time you start Windows

Yes, but Anthony should also note that starting a program automatically does
*not* mean that it will have an icon in the system tray. Whether it appears
in the tray has to do with whether or not the program is coded to do that,
not with how it is started.
