start up problem

Recently,each time I launch Netscape internet, I get a pop up for Windows
Photo Gallery. I have to cancel at least three stubborn windows to get out
of these. I do not want the Windows Photo Gallery to pop up and launch when
I go on the internet. How do I get rid of this start up problem
