Start-up....Isass.exe system error

At start-up my sisters computer shows the xp screen then the error message
pops up...
When Trying To Update A Password The Return Status Indicates That The
Value Provided As The Current Password Is Not Correct
The computer continues this until you turn off the power...It was working
fine until sometime around the storms ...we live in florida. I`m new at this
and any information would be helpful ....thanks

Suggestion:

A suggested fix that seems to work on a regular basis without reloading the
system is to use Recovery Console and run a "chkdsk /r".
